Return & Exchange Policy
We send product executing defect and damage check. That’s why we allow returns only if product is defective or damaged.
Our return policy is of 3 days from date of receiving product by customer. After that we won’t be accepting any returns.
Product must be unused and in condition as received with original packaging.
Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Once return of product is approved, customer will receive refund by payment method used at the time of buying product. We try to provide fastest refund but still processing time for refund also depends upon corresponding Bank or credit card provider company.
For out of India customer has to bear shipping charges for retruns. In case of defective piece, we will bear shipping charges for returns.
Shipping charges if any will not be applicable for refund.
Cancellation of order will not be accepted after shipment is processed.
If customer wants to cancel order after shipment is processed amount of ₹250 per product will be deducted from order amount on account of shipping and handling charges. Remaining refund will be processed within 7-8 Days.
In case of COD order cancellation ₹250 per product will be charged on next order of customer.
For orders which are placed by Paypal gateway, payment gateway charges will not be refunded upon cancellation. Charges will be intimated at the time of processing of refund.
