Return & Exchange Policy

 

Do not worry if you did not like the saree you shopped with us or changed your mind after receiving your order. We respect the fact that there can be multiple reasons of returning the orders. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase.

Our return policy is of 24hrs  from date of receiving product by customer. After that we won’t be accepting any returns. Return request must be raised by sending email to info@jarataari.com. Product must be unused and in condition as received with original packaging. Saree with fall and pico will be accepted in return only in case of defects or damage. 

Returns - 

1.  We send product executing defect and damage check. If you receive damaged or faulty or wrong product than what you had ordered then do get in touch with us by sending an email at info@jarataari.com. We will initiate return. Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Customer will receive a money refunds to the source of payment. We try to provide fastest refund but still processing time for refund also depends upon corresponding Bank or credit card provider company.

2.  If the product is intact and as per the description on website but you still want to return it, yes you can do that. Send an email to info@jarataari.com with your order number and concerns. We will accept the return in this case too. Once we receive return item, same will be examined and customer will be notified about it. Customer will receive a coupon code of the equivalent amount to shop with us in future. This coupon code will have no expiry date, it will be valid lifetime. INR 300 will be deducted from the purchase value on account of shipping and handling charges if customer wants us to arrange return shipping. Please note pickup will be attempted only once. If customer is not available or not answering the calls then the return will be cancelled.

 

Cancellation - Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
